Common Questions

Do I need all of my mortgage documents ready before contacting you?

No. Start with a conversation. I will help you identify which documents matter for your business structure and the lender options being considered.

Will contacting you or completing this form affect my credit?

No. An initial conversation and document review do not affect your credit. Any future credit authorization would be clearly explained before it is completed.

Can you help if my bank or another broker already declined me?

Yes. A decline from one lender does not always mean you cannot qualify. I can review why the application fell short and whether another income method or lender may be more suitable.

What if I am not ready to buy or refinance yet?

Planning early can be valuable for self-employed borrowers. We can identify potential issues, organize documents and create a strategy before you need financing.
